Race Day Tactics

Dial in your race-day strategy so you know exactly how to pace, fuel, and adjust in real time. We’ll plan your warm-up, start, and splits so you can manage nerves, avoid early burnout, and run smarter from the first mile to the finish line.

Most programs include 3–5 run days per week, including easy aerobic runs, intervals for speed development, tempo or threshold runs, and a progressive long run to build endurance.
