I’m an endurance coach, tactical athlete, and lifelong student of performance. Originally from Romania, I immigrated to the United States and went on to earn my Master’s degree in Counterterrorism before joining the U.S. Army. My path has always been rooted in discipline, curiosity, and pushing limits, both mentally and physically.
Growing up, I was a multi-sport athlete, but over time I found my edge in running. What started as a personal challenge evolved into over 20 years of studying, testing, and refining endurance performance—first as a civilian, and later within the military. My experience includes serving in elite special operations units, including the 75th Ranger Regiment and 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne), as well as graduating from Ranger School. Along the way, I’ve put my training to the test in events like the JFK 50 Miler.
Today, I specialize in helping tactical athletes perform at a higher level, whether that’s preparing for selection, passing demanding PT standards, or building real-world endurance. At the same time, I work with everyday athletes, from beginners looking to build consistency to runners chasing their first major milestone. My approach is grounded in science, backed by experience, and refined through years of trial and error so you don’t have to guess your way through training.
If there’s one thing I believe, it’s this: running isn’t just about working harder—it’s about working smarter. My goal is to take the confusion out of training and give you a clear, structured path forward so you can perform with confidence from day one.
